So far so fun! It��s easy to use. It comes with a recipe book but there��s plenty of info out there to dry almost anything! . Pretty compact too. I bought the sizable mats to go on top of the shelves for easier food removal.

Just arrived today has not tried it yet . I like the make and styles .I hopeit��s small but efficient.
Updates: give the dehydrator and honest tried, but the end result to dehydration or fruits after 12 hours. It was like tree bark.

This dehydrator is compact, light and easy to store.
I am using it mostly for drying my herbs and I found it to be quick for the more delicate herbs and the hardier ones had to be monitored. All in all, the end result was just what I needed!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:
It works well.? My problem is it says 5 trays.? I got 4.

The drying time are WAY off. It took me over double the recommended time to fully dehydrate and I had to keep rotating the trays. I ended up buying a nabisco one for $10 more that worked perfectly and returned this one.

I love this dehydrator. It��s lightweight, it has a really large capacity, it��s quiet, and It��s really easy to use. Just turn it to the temperature you want and turn it on. SO SIMPLE. It��s also easy to clean and I absolutely LOVE the recipe book that it came with. So far I��ve tried the sweet and spicy candied bacon, and next I��m going to try the apple chips and then some fruit leather. Great product.

Yummy apple chips and banana chips. It��s perfect for using fruits up and not wasting. Apple chips taste like apple pie.

Listen, I spend a lot of money on healthy fruits and dehydrated snacks. And who knew you could make them at home, but that they actually taste better? The amount of money I will save is huge and my fruit now tastes like candy. I cut up strawberries and bananas at night, put them in the dehydrator and wake up to them being done. Additionally, there is such minimal clean up. Every other thing you try to do at home creates such a mess and difficult to wash parts and this is just so stinking simple. Because you're dehydrating food, the left over is dried out, but easy to remove the residue.

I'm thrilled about this purchase.

Not sure why, but both the original order and the replacement order arrived with broken trays.

This works great and gets the job done. However, I can barely fit 3 appliced sliced 1/8" thick at a time which makes dehydrating my apples take forever. In addition, you have to rotate the trays every couple of hours in order to get the top layers to dry, meaning I can't just leave it going overnight and come back to them ready in the morning.
Other than that, I have no complaints and am quite happy with it.

Temp need to be set a bit higher to dry foods I was dehydrating. I done thin meats, fruits and also veggies.

I used it practically non-stop during last mushroom foraging season. It operated 24/7 for weeks.
Very convenient how you can use however many trays you need, unlike the dehydrators that are more like ovens with removeable racks. Also impressed by the evenness of drying. I had expected that I'd have to be constantly rearranging, but that wasn't the case.

This dehydrator is smaller than I expected, it does work it just takes time, the more trays you put in the longer it takes to dehydrate, it does have a good timer

All I've used it for so far is to dry Mango slices, but I'm really happy with it. It's true that the food on the lower trays dries faster obviously, so it's imperative to rotate the trays every 2 or 3 hours, but it works just great! Love it?
