Kinda hard to store. Assembly is not easy

I ordered this to cut my sourdough bread. This grips the surface properly and doesn��t move while cutting. It was very easy to install and adjust the thickness of the slices. The design also makes it safe and it is easy to clean. I am happy with the product.
