OSTBA 5-Tray Food Dehydrator with Adjustable Temperature & 72H Timer

I used it practically non-stop during last mushroom foraging season. It operated 24/7 for weeks.
Very convenient how you can use however many trays you need, unlike the dehydrators that are more like ovens with removeable racks. Also impressed by the evenness of drying. I had expected that I'd have to be constantly rearranging, but that wasn't the case.

All I've used it for so far is to dry Mango slices, but I'm really happy with it. It's true that the food on the lower trays dries faster obviously, so it's imperative to rotate the trays every 2 or 3 hours, but it works just great! Love it?

This dehydrator is smaller than I expected, it does work it just takes time, the more trays you put in the longer it takes to dehydrate, it does have a good timer
