Very pleased with this slicer. I used on semi frozen and thawed meat and worked great on both. Does not slide when using. Mainly use to slice meat to make jerky.

My old grill went face down and I reluctantly had to replace it. I thought, "this will do for now" hehe. Its doing very well and I love it. I enjoy sandwiches, but when its cool, I like them grilled. Roast beef and cheddar, ham, chicken and gruyere and so on. Nice little clip to keep the top down and fully press the sandwich. Great grill marks. Only drawback is it heats unevenly. The ends are hotter than the center and no heat control. For the price, its not a deal breaker. And it cooks fast.

It arrived fast and even though it’s a Christmas gift I ended up using it ahead of time, the noise level is pretty low, the quality is great just make sure you clean up right after. It’s light weight and easy to move around, easy to use, and easy to follow the instructions booklet that came with it. I dried tomatoes and made the teriyaki jerky recipe and now people are asking me to sell them bags of it.
